FAQs

What is Trusdee?

Trusdee is the world’s first decentralised trust-based system. It is a completely new approach and the ultimate solution that solves every single problem of blockchains.

How is it different from blockchains?

Trusdee uses a new technology called ‘trustnet’. The main difference between a trustnet and a blockchain is that a trustnet is a trust-based system, whereas blockchains try to eliminate trust, which is impossible, as explained in detail in the article ‘Hope for the Future’.

Isn’t a trust-based system similar to the fiat monetary system and therefore equally detrimental for people?

No, because the fiat monetary system requires blind trust to work (what we call ‘blind trust dependency’). Trusdee, on the other hand, leverages voluntary interpersonal trust, which makes a trustnet (the technology behind Trusdee) even more secure than blockchains.

Do you have an ICO (Initial Coin Offering)?

No, because that would render Trusdee a security.

How can I invest?

You can’t, because that would render Trusdee a security. However, you can support us with a donation if you like what we do.

Why not just using Bitcoin?

We love Bitcoin and its community. The only reason we are proposing a new technology is because we are concerned that Bitcoin or second layer solutions won’t be able to scale to global adoption, which is our main objective. Without global adoption, we are unable to fix the broken fiat monetary system.
